How should I wash my items?

Running a delicate cycle or hand-washing is the best option, avoid tumble drying items and keep them in the shade

The item I want is now out of stock, what should I do?

As a boutique, we pride ourselves in curating exclusive items that our customers love. We have a few tips:

1. Follow us on IG to know the exact date/time of our drops, customers set timers and items run out fairly quickly.

2. If you like something, GET IT! Chances are, we won't be restocking it.

What material are your items made of?

Our clothing ranges from nylon, cotton and even polyester. For a specific item, please send us an email inquiry

What will my items ship in?

We ship in a eco-friendly poly mailer bag. You will be able to spot it because it has our logo on the outside!

How long does it take to receive my items after ordering?

Orders ship out 48 working hours after they have been placed and payment has been verified, afterwards it can take up to 3-5 calendar days to receive your items. Please not, we do not control at the speed at which USPS works, it is not our responsibility if USPS holds the packages or delays their deliveries.

Do you accept returns?

Is local pick-up/drop off available?

If you live in the South FL area, please email us and we will arrange a pick-up or drop off.
